This off white hand blocked sinamay hat is covered in large and small black dots. The tall brim is draped with a black contrast fabric trimmed with white dots. The front of the crown is embellished with a bow of the same fabric as is the edge of the medium size brim. This hat comes from the line of Hats of Distinction by Kay's Art of Millinery.
