I love polka dots and created a line of hats using different styles of polka dot hats and colors. Many of these hats are fabric covered and others are sinamay. All are hand blocked from my hat block collection including this one, which has a flat crown on a turned down brim. This hat is trimmed with a black satiny trim, part of the Hats of Distinction Polka Dot Collection offered through Kay's Art of Millinery.
