This Fosshape(r) Nefertiti style hat crown is  # 1100 in my collection of hat blocks.  It has a  2" back, 5" inch side and 6"front.  This frame is hand blocked along with all the others in my collection and are considered unfinshed without outer covering. This hat frame may be made up in black and white as shown and can also be painted or colored without changing the shape.
