This Special  Fosshape(r)hat crown is  # 6 in my collection of  specialty crowns. This crown can also be  covered  with fabric or beads for a wedding head piece. This frame  starts out as a simple hand blocked  crown and ends up as something very special.This  hat frame is offered through Kay's Art of Millinery and considered unfinshed.  It can be made up in black or white and is not wired but fits closely to the head.
