This one piece FOSSHAPE hat frame #3 is hand blocked, unfinished, and intended for use by persons in the hatmaking business and anyone wishing to learn the art of hat making. This fancy crown is unnwired and gives the affect of feathers swooped to the side. It  can be painted, colored, sprayed, or covered with fabric or other pliable material.
